Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sandžak Outdoor mobile app and related services ("the app", operated by vaha.net). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or third party's rights.
- Upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing.
- Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the app to collect other users' data without consent.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the activities, photos, routes and other content you create. By posting content you share publicly, you grant us a limited license to host, display and distribute it within the app so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to it.
5. Safety & outdoor activity
Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. GPS data, routes, maps and elevation in the app may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your own safety, route choices, equipment and decisions. Always assess conditions yourself and do not rely on the app as your only source of navigation or safety information.
6. Community content & routes
Routes and places may be contributed by the community and are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any route is safe, legal to access, or suitable for your ability.
7. Subscriptions
The core app is free. Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (contact [email protected]). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, vaha.net is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from outdoor activities.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
